No Bake Energy Balls

Easy and Fast to Make!


  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, sun butter, almond butter or cashew butter

  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (or vegan chocolate chips)

  • 1/3 cup honey or vegan honey

  • Options to add!

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 2/3 cup toasted shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)

  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed

To Make

In large bowl add all ingredients and mix well with spoon or hands.

Then place mix in refrigerator for about 15 mins. up to 1 hour. Remove and roll into 1 -2 " balls.

Serve immediately! Or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months!
