Black tea are leaves that are the most processed of all types of teas 

It get it's dark rich color due to the longer oxidation and extra rolling of the leaves.  Black tea not only looks different than white or green teas but has a unique taste. 

Some black teas may have strong notes and even be a bit bitter which is why many tea drinkers add milk and sugar.  However if you are not a fan of dairy or sugars then try a simple squeeze of fresh lemon!
