Here’s a delicious chai chia pudding recipe with oat milk — creamy, dairy-free, and heart-healthy!
Servings: 2
Prep time: 5 mins (+ at least 4 hours soaking)
Ingredients
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened oat milk
1 tsp chai spice mix (or chai tea powder)
1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Fresh fruit or nuts for topping
Instructions
Mix chia seeds, oat milk, chai spice mix, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a jar or bowl.
Whisk well so seeds don’t clump.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir before serving.
Top with berries, sliced banana, nuts, or coconut flakes.
Extra tips for oat milk pudding:
Oat milk naturally adds sweetness and creaminess, so you can reduce added sweeteners.
Use barista-style oat milk for a richer texture.
For thicker pudding, use 4 tbsp chia seeds instead of 3 tbsp.
For extra flavor, steep a chai tea bag in the oat milk before mixing with chia seeds.
