Blue Moon Milk


Once in a Blue Moon Insomnia might visit and if it does be sure to make this about an hour before bedtime!


Here is what you will need:

Tea ball, infuser, Aberdeen or teapot with infuser...


*Optional Frother


Your favorite 8 ounce teacup or mug


1/4 cup of Half and Half or choice of Non Dairy Milk


1 Tsp of Chamomile Flowers


1/2 Tsp of Lavender Buds


5 Butterfly Pea Flowers

Honey

To Prepare

Steep the Chamomile, Lavender, Butterfly Pea Flowers in 6 ounces of boiled water for 5 mins.

While it is steeping; heat your milk (do not boil)

*optional; froth


Next add your steep to your favorite glass and slowly pour in milk/froth


Drizzle Honey on top and now sip your way to a somber sleep!
